The style is somewhat formal with music that carries over from week to week.

Our 'Non-Traditional' service.
Piano-based music varies each week and the service is crafted around a theme.

All are welcome in worship and around
Christ's table for Communion.

There is a Kids' Message at each service.
All those young or young at heart are invited.
Children who attend Sunday School join 
    worship at 10:40am for this time.

Fellowship Coffee Hour 9:30am
You will not go hungry or thirsty.
  
Sunday School 9:45am (Sept - May)
Our younger disciples sing and learn about God.

 
  • The invitation to Holy Communion comes from Jesus Christ. Holy Communion at Burke Lutheran is open to all who desire it.
  • You need not be a member of this congregation, nor a Lutheran, to participate in the meal.
  • As an alternative to wine, we serve grape juice in the center ring of the tray.
  • We also have Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Corn Free communion wafers for people who have allergies to the wheat Communion bread.

All musicians and actors
are welcome

Worship Leaders
Worship leaders lead the congregation in song,
usually as a two-person team.

Adult Choir
Our adult choir is an important part of worship.
We usually sing one to three times per month
during the school year. Rehearsals are on Sunday mornings.
No musical experience necessary!

Children’s Choir
Children learn fun and meaningful songs during Sunday School,
and get to perform once per month at the beginning of the second service.

Drama Club
A creative way to serve while inspiring others in the Lord’s word.
We perform periodic sketches and musicals throughout the year.

Nursery Care

Nursery Care is provided in the “Sweetie Pie Room” .
A certified staff member cares for your special little one/s while you enjoy worship.

It is conveniently located near the bottom of the steps in the rear of sanctuary.
